Examples of various types of makeup designs including (from left): MONOCHROMATIC - colour schemes using one hue and different shades/tints. I used browns for this design and wanted to keep it natural and simple. COMPLEMENTARY - using colours that are opposites to each other to make the opposing colour pop. I used bright greens and a bright pink as these colours make the other stand out. ANALOGOUS - these colours are side by side on the colour wheel and blend well together. I used purples and navy blues.
